I didn't buy anything just looking

I'm four years late for this review but here goes.To make a long story short as possible. I found a beautiful grey, white and black checkered jacket in the Orange store, there was only one left, it was fifty bucks and because I was short the money by one day, I asked them to hold it and they agreed to it for one day but they went back on their deal and sold it out before I could go back and pay them. Their customer service was also abysmal.I decided to visit the Bathurst store, there was more than one in stock, got it one size larger and twenty dollars cheaper. The woman who served me was also cheery, friendly and gave really good customer service.Thank you Rivers in Bathurst, I still wear it to this day.

Rivers is a great place to shop but I have to give it 1 star because there can't seem to be an agreement on various websites on what time they actually shut and 4.45 pm as suggested on their entrance door on a weekday is abhorrently stupid for this kind of businessclosing for lunch, for crying out loud I imagine you would have 2 staff as a minimum there on most days including weekends and sometimes people have a very narrow window of time to be able to shop there. Is Rivers Bathurst deliberately going out of its way to go out of business? If they don't do something about this it could be a definite

The ladies that work here are really helpful and always courteous. zThe range and brands are getting better and are at really good prices.

Got some jean's as it was cold
