I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst service ever, no professionalism and no customer service.I am highly disappointed and they took 40$ for unhygienic service. She literally finished my meni pedi in 10 minutes. When I asked she was like that’s it…I would not recommend them to anyone. Please don’t go there and don’t waste your money.Waste of money and timeI am so disappointedCheck the cuticles, my hands and feet are damaged

I got my nails done for the holidays and After I had explained what I wanted the staff did not listen and done the complete opposite shape and made my nails all lumpy whilst pointing, laughing and talking in their own language which made me very uncomfortable and when they finished they demanded the payment even after I explained I was not happy with them and also was waiting for a friend to finish.I am extremely unsatisfied with the quality and effort put into my nails for the price $ I had to pay and the customer service was soo rude I definitely won’t be going here again.

Honestly really disappointed. I went on Thursday night about 7pm for acrylic infills. The older man who works there rushed my nails, and left me with multiple cuts on my fingers from the nail file. Wanted to pay eftpos but they told me I had to do a bank transfer. They charged me $10 more than their advertised price but I just paid because I was too annoyed to complain. By the time I got home one of the nails had already chipped. Went back on Saturday and asked if they could fix my one chipped nail and the same older man rolled his eyes and told me to come back in half an hour. 30 minute wait to fix one nail? I came back and he sat me down and pulled out his phone and made a FaceTime call to someone while he painted my nail, completely ignoring me and focusing on his phone. I had to turn on the LED lights to set my nail myself because he left to talk on his phone. Lucky I have been getting my nails done for years and figured out how to use it if I didn’t know any better I would’ve walked out with wet polish that hadn’t been set. Once I was done I thanked him and he rolled his eyes again and told me to pay at the front. Why should I have to pay because he did a bad job the first time? There was no one at the front desk so I just walked out because the quality was very poor and the service was horrible and I wasn’t going to pay again for his mistake after I had already been overcharged the first time. Go to literally any of the other nail salons in the centre for better quality and service.

I came in today for a gel manicure and I’m pretty grossed out by how poorly done my nails were. It literally looks like I let a baby do them for me. The girl who did them was so slow and unskilled at it. They’re shaped unevenly, the gel has been applied quite gloopy, and there’s still extra dead skin around my nail walls. Never coming to this salon again.

Awful experience, will never go back. Staff were rude. The woman doing my pedi barely scrubbed any of the soles of my feet. When I asked her to do it properly she said it would be an extra $5 because I had rough skin?! I'm 41 years old and have been getting pedicures for more than half of my life and have never been charged extra for rough skin". Others in the storr tonight were alao complaining that their nails were being done badly. One poor woman had them fix it 3 times. This place must be under new management

Such a waste of money! It’s total rip off. The lady finished my padicure in literally 12 minutes. Did not clean my nails properly, there was no massage nothing!!!! It was totally unacceptable as it was so obvious that the staff is on training and not even properly trained to do padicure.My mistake was that I did not read the review first before going there.

Got my nails done by Emily. Honestly the greatest nail place I’ve been to. I travel from Berala and it’s 100% worth it. The price is fair got my full set for $55. Emily prep my nails well, shape the nails amazingly. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and no lifting. Nice atmosphere. I am definitely coming back. Thanks a lot Emily and delicate beauty

I wanna try this nail salon cause they were in promotion. The lady who cut my nail doesn’t know how to cut properly. She was in a hurry and she was hurting my nails and skin when she was doing it. She seems unprofessional. I don’t recommend this shop.

The costumer service here is so bad. They did a design so different to what I wanted and they even charged me extra. We asked them way more than 3 timed to make the design I wanted but still didn't listen to us. The people here are dumb and don't. He made all my all my nails different sizes.the people that work here should be fired. DON'T COME HERE (for your own safety)
