ANZ Branch St Marys

Teller closed between 12.30 and 1.30pm every day, what kind of customer service is that - obviously not the local branch decision, typical clueless senior management in the ANZ.

I visited the ANZ St Mary's branch last Friday afternoon. It was still 15 mins left for the branch to close. The lady who spoke to us advised that there was no one to help us and kept on reminding us that the branch was going to close. She just kept on looking at her watch. There was no effort from her end to even help us in any way. She said we should have called before coming or make an appointment. She just handed in a card and said to call this number and did not even bother to make an appointment. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Even 1 star is too much for this.

What a jokeTried to log in to internet banking ( suspended )because i hardly use , the system wouldn't recognise my account or password ( which i have written down)asked for card number and pin which i don't have or useTried to call over phone , still on wait over one hourBattery now deadSHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU

Visited the st mary's branch and mostly seniors in the queue as the manager pushing to use the atm but has no idea that we want teller service. The manager said we have one teller and so you will have to use the atm. Everybody was shocked

My account with ANZ was hacked and all funds drained. When i went in to open another account while this was under investigation i was told to make an appointment which was 5 days later to open up another account.This bank clearly doesn't care at all for their customers, they are extremely short staffed and I can see this branch closing soon aswell as others.Save yourself and your money put in in elsewhere!

The staff are loud and unprofessional, screaming customer details across the branch to other coworkers to find simple information regarding maximum transfer amounts. The iPads do not work. The staff are also rude as they interrupted with no remorse during my consult of which I was attending as part of a tight schedule. Will not be back to this branch ever, should be closed down and ANZ should audit the place.

I had asked to open a shared account with my parents who live in another state. The lady who consulted me in the st Mary's Branch had absolutely no clue how to do this. She had a few attempts to find the correct form and will little success had to ask the bank manager which forms needed signing. The forms had to go interstate for my parents to sign. Turns out it was the wrong form giving my parents no authority. I now have to go back to the branch to fix this mess. The mistake could not be fixed on 131314.This particular consultant is incompetent with little insight to basic banking. I really do expect more from ANZ. There will be a formal complaint made. And I will not waste my time with anyone other than the bank manager.Zero stars st Mary's ANZ. Please train your staff or don't waste my time if you are incompetent to handle my banking needs there are other banks that I'm sure will find the correct form.....then when I went back 2 weeks later to hope a more competent person may help.... they sent my bank card to another address that was never registered under my name? Honestly ???

Made an appointment with them to close my account and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly and efficient customer service.

Made an appointment online a week in advance. On the day I received a phone call from an employee stating the branch is closed today without any reason.. Ridiculous. I am so outraged. Already ANZ branches don't open o the weekends and now they choose to not open on days during the week. Such poor customer support
