West Coast Polaris

Had a problem with my bike today, I'm leaving for a four week ride next day and it wouldn't start. Took it to West Coast Polaris frustrated to say the least . The team were brilliant. I know they are under pressure but still got me going in no time . Excellent service thanks.

Pretty average service and not very knowledgeable staff

Purchased a new Scout Bobber, along with the Indian bobber rack. The bolt holes on the rack one hole is 1/4 of a hole out. Had rack replaced under warranty. Still the same problem with second rack. West Coast Polaris and Indian Motorcycles have refused to fix this problem only wanted to force the rack to fit the motorcycle. Sub standard workmanship. I purchase this rack because I wanted to have a rack, not a refund. Buyer beware. Quick to take my money. Quick to turn there back on me. THE SOLUTION YOU OFFERED WAS TO REFUND OR FORCE THE RACK, THE HOLES DON'T LINE UP. YOU and INDIAN MOTORCYCLES STILL HAVE NOT FIXED WARRANTABLE PRODUCTS SOLD BUY YOU. HERE IS A REFUND ITS AN EASY SOLUTION WE CANNOT MANURFACTE A QUALITY PRODUCT. JUST EXCUSES.

I’m looking to purchase a new bike and the service was incredible... as I was a little undecided on which model Indian I went to west coast Polaris to see if I could find the model that suits me... both Luke and Shane were so helpful by explaining everything and felt they were completely transparent... so I’ve decided two models... the new 2021 super chief limited ... or the new scout bobber... looking forward to doing business with West Coast Polaris
