I wasn't too sure at first but can honestly say the results are very positive. Incidents of leaking are way down and I'm much more secure about being out in public. Recommend you give it a go.

If i went for a walk i would have to rush home to go to the toilet. This dose not happen any more. What a great feeling.

I am really pleased with the results I received at Firm & Free. My pelvic floor is much stronger which has given me more confidence and freedom. In addition, I have lost centimetres around my stomach which is now much more tighter and defined. I highly recommend Firm & Free treatments.
