Unprofessional! Aaron came over to quote and said he would promptly get back to me. After 10 days I msg'd to enquire about the quote and he replied that he would send it that evening. I never received anything and he would not reply to any other msgs. I was polite and not pushy in anyway, I simply wanted to know what was happening.It's tradies like this that give them a bad name when they waste people's time and don't come through on what they say. No integrity or regard for other people's time.

Originally contacted this company via their on-line contact form. As I had not heard from them after two weeks, I called and spoke to Aaron, and explained the work I would like done in my backyard. He asked me to email photos and he will do an estimate, photos were emailed same day.Another two weeks passed with no response. Followed up with a text message, no response. Following day followed up with a phone call. Aaron stated he had seen my photos and, based on the photos, did an estimate. He said he was driving, but will send me the estimate in about 25 minutes, and will call to arrange date and time for him to come out in the next few days"

Thanks so much to Aaron and the guys from LLG for all the work you did at our place. We were completely overwhelmed by the end result. Not in our wildest dreams could we have imagined owning a garden this beautiful.
