I needed to return a product from another Repco and that store said it would be fine and I said it may be awhile as I was out west and they said that's fine just keep it packaged and the receipt.. I told this to Belinda at Repco Bairnsdale Victoria who said I couldn't if it was longer then 30 days and that I could of seen that on the Accc site or something like that. Iexplained that's fine but Repco staff themselves had told me it was fine so my point is dont argue with a customer when she should of taken it up with the other store if need be. Yes I got my refund after she said oh well it's only $20

Make sure you triple check they order the right part, they have once again ordered the wrong one for me and as usual once you have taken it out if the box and tried to fit it you can no longer return it. $400 lesson learnt shop elsewhere!

Asked for the most common fuel pump replacement on a ba falcon...they asked me how long it is....hahahaha!!! bursons sorted it in 2mins...its not hard to replace genuine ford parts...It's all on there computers...very horrible small shop too and aq rude Check out boy
