Went there for a party was fun and entertaining, but soon ran out of things to do, food wasn't really good and some workers are swearing in front of kids.

We enjoy using the facilities during the under fives play time. Lots of fun and good value for money. Was a shame that one of the staff members was having a bad enough day to start swearing his head off in the office loudly enough for my three-year-old son to hear.

What an awesome place for kids (and grown-ups too!) to have fun and keep moving. Some obstacles were a challenge for my young two boys, but they had an incredible time!The atmosphere is fun and vibrant. Friendly staff, and the gym is well maintained.

Horrible place to have a party! Website states that you get a party host and the birthday child gets a gift pack, none of this is true staff couldn’t be bothered with the party at all no host ever showed up and I had to chase around to get the gift bag. We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the party start time only to be told to wait in a hall way for 35 minutes with no direction from staff, we were finally told to go up stairs to a room. Party started late and yet we were still rushed to have cake and leave even though they had only just brought out the food for the kids. Horrible experience and horrible staff no manger on site was a place ran by teens/ young adults who have no idea what to do or just couldn’t be bothered doing their job! Would not recommend to anyone

Customer service was honestly okay only at the front desk, besides that, staff on the floor were breathing down our necks and did not show great customer service, especially when we went up to the cafe. A staff member just sat there on there phone and doesn't even let us know its closed or anything. We were unable to buy any drinks and if you didn't bring a bottle you would be struggling. Also the floor area was not the most clean, staff could be a bit more chill. We were accused of a mistake we didnt make. Received 1 band each for the course but paid for 2 hours. A staff wanted us to prove it through our emails but could have at least asked the front staff who scanned and can confirm what we paid for. It should be a common courtesy to be honest. Toilets were unsanitary even with noone with us besides 2 people. Also for some reason no stairs were accessible making it a pain to traverse.

Terrible and the biggest rip off! The big jump didn’t open in the entire two hours we were there, one of the obstacles were closed, no effort was made by staff to make this a fun experience… in fact quite the opposite… boring!!!!! Upon arriving, five minutes into our session the kids were told to leave as their time was up! The floor staff were very confrontational asking me to show my receipt until they noticed a time on the kids wrist band which clearly showed their session had only begun! No apology for the embarrassment… nothing! I was mortified!$140 and really not much different to the local playground! No idea what the floor staff are actually paid for? They just walk around chatting to each other doing nothing? In fact while I was visiting a mother became stuck in the foam pit after having to rescue her own child! The staff were nowhere to be seen and other parents needed to find them for help! Paid for a coffee only to have it spill and leak from the bottom of the cup, toilets were dirty… This place is a huge rip off!!!

They basically ruined my daughters 6th birthday partyeverything was so unorganised and no one had a clue what they were doing- Host basically did nothing, didn't help the kids with gloves or direction, didn't rally up the kids for food- Food was not ready, apparently the hot food machine broke but what i later found out is that they didn't actually have the food platters prepared- after quite some time and me stressing out and apologising for the parents the kids food turned up, they simply put them on the tables and did not even organise them properly.. besides the fact that it was missing 1 so one of the kids missed out- Parents food was missing 4 cheese pizzas which only came after- no cups, or napkins for the kids drinks- room not decorated with balloons and table cloths as i was told- Icecream cakes did not come out till much later when kids started leaving and after i followed up- Lollie bags for the kids the same- I asked the host where my daughter's gift pack is, he had to then go and find it and couldn't so had to make her one and put it in a brown paper bag - which by the way was missing the cap, and the tshirt size she got was size 12 -- hmmm this was for a 6 year old birthday- Mind you all this and no manager in sight! They went home and left the mess with the young people who were working there which is very unfair and unacceptable!I have now spent 5 days chasing them up for compensation and especially for the credit they owe me since i paid more for the hot food platters but I've been given multiple excuses every time i try and speak to the manager. This is the most unorganised birthday party I've been to... very very disappointing..

Paid for 2 hours, and was given 1 hour by mistake. The playground was not very big and we ran out of things to do, so we left after an hour without asking for any refund or credit.

This is a fantastic space for kids and adults alike if you don't mind the drive out to Penrith. Having active boys who are massive fans of ninja warrior, all the similar obstacles, warped wall, big jump pillow made this absolutely worth every cent for my clan.

Possibly the best ninja warrior place in Sydney. Great fun and entertainment for kids.
