Fantastic service - I ordered flowers from USA through their website and paid online for delivery on a certain date. The beautiful flowers were delivered by a courteous person and handed to my mum at the front door. She was so surprised and immediately sent me photos of the flowers. Excellent service and they make it very easy to do online ordering which is very helpful, especially if you live overseas. Nice to use a local shop. Would definitely use Avalon Floral Art again.

VERY disappointing!! Online order made from London on 30 December. New Year's Eve gift intended for my sister in Palm Beach. Order details confirmed in email response and money debited from my account but NO SIGN of any flowers delivered to my sister.NOT what is wanted in an order made in good faith on the other side of the world. Now they don't even answer the phone when I ring to try to find out what's happened! VERY UNHAPPY!!

Absolutely stunning flowers, very fresh & beautiful. The service was outstanding as well - there were many steps to get to the front door of the property & the owner went above & beyond and delivered them herself. Highly recommend! I ordered a large white and green bouquet for a friend recently and the blooms were absolutely stunning.Beautifully arranged and so large that days later, they were split into two vases!Exquisite blooms!
