I have used Land Transfer Services several times to provide conveyancing services for purchase and sale of property. The staff are a pleasure to work with and take the time to advise me and ensure I understand the process and the documents. They will review the contract of sale for the purchase of property before it is signed They ensure the settlement statement, and the adjustments, is correct. They warn me of potential risks identified and options available to mitigate these risks. They have many years of experience, and provide quality service for competitive fee.
