I have had a few occasions to visit the store, all on a Saturday morning when they are busy. Each time I have experienced the team as really helpful, not pushy, and have given really good advice. I am happy to recommend the team to fellow cyclists.

Awesome service! cannot rate them higher. really impressed with the service, advice, general friendliness for all people in store.went out of their way to explain to my son (who has autism) and myself everything about the bike all while involving us in the process. have order a bike for myself through them and highly recommend people visit and consider purchase with them .

Absolutely phenomenal service. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Tom asked me what brought me in and recommended a bike that was within my budget and went out of his way to get the colour I wanted. All in all a great experience and I will definitely recommend anyone who needs a bike visit the team at Trek North Lakes

I have been thinking about going tubeless on my road bike for a while now so I went into Trek at north lakes today and the guys gave me great advice and helped me with everything that I needed to get the job done. Tyres are all done now and probably wouldn’t have done it without the support from the team in this location. Thanks heaps guys.
