Fantastic service in respect to the end of lease cleaning, prompt and completed in a timely manner.However, be wary of cleaners who ask for cash up front (i was advised it was to be paid into a bank account by their admin) and fail to send a invoice, my experience after was very dissapointing and hopefully does not happen again to others, i am still pending a refund from the cleaner due to him also increasing his hours worked"."

Do not recommend anyone go with this company for an end of lease clean. Quick to book us in and provide quote however, that’s where the efficiency ended. Quoted $55 per hour plus $125 for steam cleaning. When I met with cleaner the morning of clean, he then told me it’s going to cost a lot more money. Quoted $700 but couldn’t do the balcony or windows as that would cost even more.Was told to pay upfront before cleaning commenced. Stupidly I did pay, knowing the electricity would be turned off the following day. Had no choice!Told them to text me within half hour of finishing so I could come back and lock up. After no communication I went back to property 5 1/2 hours later and no one was there. Correct me if I’m wrong but that totals $427.50, and saying that I have no idea when they actually finished cleaning!!!Cleaning was beyond mediocre and floors not all clean. Carpets looked like dirty foot prints on after steam clean.Could not get a receipt out of any of them and cleaner got defensive when I said I would take it further.Missed handing in keys to real estate due to no receipt.Beyond disappointing and by far one of the worst customer service experiences you will ever come across!

Absolutely do not recommend.While the receptionist was helpful, the cleaners" were shocking. First left me waiting 50 minutes & not showing up

I would not recommend this company. The person who replied to my email has no respect or experience to talk to customers.She is very rude.Dont waste your time here.

Booked the job a month in advance. 2.5 hours before they were meant to show up the cleaner texted me to ask if we could move the job to tomorrow. When I said no because I had to return my keys that day, he asked me to contact my real estate agent to try move back the time (as if house settlement is something that can just be pushed back!)Totally shoddy company, left me in a very stressful situation.Edit: He did not show up as the owner has claimed. He said he wouldn't be able to make the time and would try to find another cleaner to do it. I waited as long as I could to hear from him and an hour before the job was due to start I texted him and told him to cancel the job.

Pathetic service and not at all professional. Hired for end of lease clean with 'bond back guarantee'. They did a sloppy job and when we pointed out (with photos) the cleaner blamed us for not paying enough to do a 'thorough professional ' job. Landlord was kind enough to allow the cleaners next week to reclean but after multiple follow ups and threatening legal action the cleaner just called one evening to say I can come in next 10mins or no other time for a month!!". Use at your own risk. Will under quote and not deliver!"

Worths the value. Good cleaning services. Despite a bit concern about cash payment prior to cleaning and invoice coming after cleaning, the house turns out clean.

Was able to clean at short notice. Clean was pretty good and reasonably priced. Would have given 5 stars but there were a few minor items that could have been done with more attention.
