We absolutely looove this store.The staff are so helpful and friendly.As for the clothing, it is next level quality with beautiful natural fabrics.We highly recommend all their products, we are addicted.

What an amazing customer service experience I received this morning on the phone.I’m from Melb and I managed to purchase a beautiful dress for my toddler that was sold out here in Melbourne. The Melbourne chadstone store assisted with the location of the dress and a lovely lady named Lina from QLD called and finished the transaction all within 10mins. These Purebaby customer service women do not waste any time. They are super friendly, fast and efficient. Thank you.

Pure Baby have the most beautiful clothes, but are let down by their customer service, website, and internal systems. They do not understand consumer law in Australia. If buying from them, stand up for your rights, but also realise that if a product is faulty, you’ll have a battle on your hands. The products are available from David Jones and that’s where I’ll buy them in future, so that consumer rights are protected.

Lina is absolutely lovely! Had the pleasure of her service when I came in looking for some small premie clothes for my little one and Lina went above and beyond, you can tell she cares about people and her job. Thanks for a great experience and all your help!

What a horrible service. Spent $150 in the store today but the middle-aged lady who served us was super rude!?!I genuinely have no idea what her problem is!!I grabbed the cloths, and went to counter to pay for it and she was giving attitude!!!I was so confused!!!Will never go back there again.

The clothes are beautiful quality and the company business model is excellent -- rewards and vouchers for faithful shoppers as well. All the organic cotton is GOTS certified. Online orders are delivered promptly, and if there is a damaged item (only once this occured and I have purchased too many items) and they handle this professionally and promptly. I cant find fault at all with their business models.The only negative is that they sometimes use polyester in padded garments, so we dont buy these or the toys with this in them as we prefer polyester free products and there are better alternatives available. Wonderful store and our family just love the products so much.

My sister is having a kid and I had no idea what to buy for a new baby. The lady helped me pick something that they wouldn’t grow out of too quick. Made it a lots easier having the nice customer service!!

Great clothing, but bad customer service. Bought many things from here, but the stitching all came apart on one pair of shorts, so I took them back to the store to request an exchange for a new pair. The lady working there said (without even looking at the shorts properly) that it was “wear and tear” and so I wasn’t eligible for a refund/exchange. Don’t waste your time buying products from this store, if you want Pure Baby clothing get them from David Jones instead, MUCH better customer service.
