Plenty of parking. Selection of seafood is minimal so if your chasing a fresh whole fish you will not find it here. Lobster tails were fresh and on sale. Normally $9 each.

The fresh produce here is incredible! And the bakery products are so tasty and fresh, but get in early to score any of their extensive range of breads and rolls. The self serve registers are easy to use, and so much quicker than waiting for a checkout.

I had an absolutely terrible experience, never coming back again. I took one Mandarin from the free food for kid section(I am underage) while my dad is grocery shopping. Two staffs came up to me, questioning me and claiming the basket is only for kids. Their attidues are rude and I don't feel respected at all. I was incredibly embarrassed, it absolutely ruined my trip as I travelled all the way from Victoria for school holiday. I would like to file a complain on the customer service manager- Kirsty and another female member with short hair and glasses. Besides it made me questioned if this incident is racially targeted. Please respond and fix this issue. Thank you

The store is an absolute mess. Random items everywhere. Half filled cartons on top of half filled cartons. Tins of food upside down and sideways. Sugar and flour filled onto the shelves backwards. These are just a few. The whole aisle looks like a mess. What a joke.What are their fillers doing? The filling standard needs to be improved. And why are there so many pallets of load on the shop floor! I can barely move past some of the aisles because of this. There was someone coming the other way and we had to awkwardly step around each other. Wth are you guys doing! It's like you just don't care or notice at all.
