Avoid dealing with at all costs. They actively avoid doing there job and would prefer to cover up issues that need to be dealt with rather than fixing them.

Completely useless and expensive.Constantly organise noisey construction works without giving tenants notice.Need to complain multiple times until they do stuff about issues.Could go on..Avoid housing associated with this group.

Avoid this mob like the plague. The only way to get anything done is to complain. I have heard many a bad stories about other Owners Corporation however Unison must by far be the most mediocre of them all. Come to Altona St in Kensington to see how they “maintain” their properties.

Staff at Unison are rude, uncooperative, condescending and hypocritical. They do not communicate critical information with tenants (including owners) about things such as when there will be no hot water, and when building works will be complete but they LOVE sending snarky and unprofessional letters. Wish it were possible to sack a body corp.
