Have been going to Indulge Nails since they opened I have Helen do my nails she is amazing, every time I go they are friendly courteous and professional, the man does an amazing pedicure highly recommended.

These ladies always provide such amazing service. My mother and I have been going for a while now and they’ve never let us down.Today we got there close to closing and the ladies there were so kind as to stay late to not only do mine and my mothers- but a group of girls after close!Tran is a light and bubbly girl who does amazing nails. Highly recommend!

First time visiting, I walked in to get infills & a pedicure, they weren’t busy so thought it was a good time to do both. Started with the Pedicure, it was obvious that this person was learning as she was getting instructions from an older lady. The young lady filled the foot spa, the water level didn’t even reach my ankles. 3 times i asked her to trim my nails shorter, it was like she was scared to cut them. She was so slow, 40 minutes in my little puddle of water was cold and she was ready to exfoliate my feet. At this time I pulled the pin and said don’t worry about it, i have to go. I didn’t want the infills anymore either. On hearing this another lady came over to put some cream on my feet and she actually tidied up my nails again (after the first girl did it) and I left. They charged me $35 for this waste of time. I’m all for people learning, but they need to let the client know this and not charge so much for a trainee. I’ll never go back. I only went there cause my regular place is closed for renovations.

I am a regular customer as I get on very well with Anny who is really precise, professional and kind, but they don't know how to do pedicures, they all seem like beginners doing pedicures for the first time, only a new girl is very good; the waiting times, even when you make an appointment, are very long and there are too few staff. The management of the store needs to change, it needs someone who knows how to reset the progress of the salon, someone who teaches employees how to treat customers and respect the times given to customers. You have to hire more staff who knows how to communicate with customers and set the staff with rules that can take this nail salon to a more satisfying level. If someone wants to go here, you have to ask for Anny to make hands. You have to clean the ultraviolet machines that customers put their hands in to harden the nail polish! My five stars are only for Anny !

I stopped getting my nail done for a whole year because I really hated the wait time and service I was getting at a previous nail salon but when I saw this new business open at the new area of Castle Towers, I decided to give it another chance and I have not stopped going since!!! I am very pedantic about my nail designs and usually salons do not meet my standards however the staff here are so helpful because they even input their own artistic opinions which is so refreshing!!! Nancy is so lovely and always puts her heart into each customer that visits and Karen is amazing at the nail art and designs, they really have an amazing team. It always feels so welcoming to go back each time. Definitely recommend.

It seemed that they were understaffed that day so they had employed two staff members that had never done nails before. The ladies were confused and could not even perform simple tasks of a manicure, such as removing cuticles. I had asked for something slightly more technical — french tips with a colour, but ended up leaving with nothing as I spent 30 minutes just getting my cuticles removed. I was overcharged for this as well, and there was absolutely no responsibility taken. I understand that every new person needs to start somewhere, but don’t make someone pay ridiculous prices for dodgy work or at least ask if you are fine with a trainee! Not going back again.

The best nail experts, so quick, professional and knowledgeable. Customer service was so great and prices are so reasonable . I would like to recommend them to everyone who is looking for beautiful nails and good service.

The end results are beautiful. But I was cut a few times and and it stung when the gel went on. The removal of my tips were a little painful. Would there be another way to take them off rather than flicking them off with a fake nail? Maybe soaking them first? That way the glue night be able to dissolve easily. I'm a beauty therapist myself so my hands are my main tools, making sure my nails are done is my priority. I appreciate that I was let in straight away and looked after but maybe a few things to think about for the future.

Walked in randomly on Melbourne Cup Day and they *magically* had space to fit me in! Tina was excellent, very friendly and painted my nails with shellac immaculately and super quick. I asked on the off chance she knew where I could get my brows done and she said Want me to do them after your nails?" I was shocked! She was very gentle and quite skilled at shaping my unruly brows. She also tinted them and my eyelashes and away I went
