Align Remedial Therapy & Sports Massage

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis on my foot for over 2 years. Before I visited Align Remedial Therapy I had 6 months worth of physio and it did not even help nor work. After visiting Align Remedial Therapy for a remedial massage I had four sessions on my foot and the pain has completely gone. I was a complete sceptical about doing remedial massage however after visiting Nikki who is an amazing therapist she took the time to listen to where my pain was and the issues that I was having. She worked with me to solving the problem and gave me some great exercises to do. I have a busy schedule so it's not always easy for me to work out and do those exercises however just a simple changing my shoes and putting insoles really helped my posture the pain in my foot.Nikki is really professional and took a lot of time to explain what she was doing and gave me great advice.I highly recommend here and she is my go to for all pain and even just a relaxation massage.
