Given it’s an owner operated store, I expected a more personalised service. Instead, was given an average haircut which didn’t reflect what I had asked for. No clarifying questions from the barber at any stage.Given the haircut I got, I’d be better off going to a chain barber as it’d be the same quality and cheaper.

Worst experience ever... this place used to be good when nihad was running it. The new staff is arrogant & rude. Even the haircut was no that good. Asked me to pay 30 before hair cut & charged 35 . Definitely need to think before going.

Asked for short back and sides. Got almost bald back and sides. All my scars showing which I told him about before all showing now I have to basically hide my head for next 4 to 6 weeks. When I said something it seemed he didn't understand why I was upset

Not good at all. He doesn't spend more time on customers and tries to finish his job as quickly as possible. If you ask something again he just gets irritated .lol

On 1/6/2023 went to have hair cut. Nobody were waiting so that was good. Barber cut my hair in less then 5 minutes. He sprayed water so much it run on my face. He did not care. Then he said done. I got up and said you did not shave then he show me on a mirror back of my head. He he did not comb my hair or he did not shave after haircut. I don’t want a argument so I paid and left. I been here for last 15 years this is the first time I saw this gentleman who cut my hair. I would never go again.1. He did not shave2. He did not comb

I walked in there a dishevelled mess and Kassam restored my hair and look back to how it should be.Couldn't be happier with the experience.
