Port Beauty Massage

Very disappointing, I called and booked for a massage at Port Beauty massage and requested a particular masseuse.I was given a time and told I would get the masseuse I requested.When I arrived at Port Beauty Massage I could see my booking on their books but for some reason I was asked to go to another business that they own outside that was not the place I booked at, (Port Massage).When I got to Port Massage the receptionist had no idea what was going on asking me if I had a booking.Eventually he organised a booking to which I had to wait another 30 minutes and also promised me I would get the masseuse I requested.When the time finally arrived I was put in a room up near the lunch room, not relaxing a lot of chatter and dryers going and to NO surprise it wasn’t the masseuse I had requested.I had enough disappointment by this stage and quietly being respectful of the other clients trying to enjoy their massage declined mine.I had been given a voucher for Port Beauty massage by my wife for my birthday which I was trying to use on the day, so after I declined the massage because of all the accumulation of disappointing treatment I again quietly asked for a refund for the voucher to which you guessed it, no refund, didn’t try to argue and just left.I have been to Port Massage before and it’s never been a great experience the place feels like a back alley Thailand establishment, the masseuses constantly chat to each other, this is why I was hoping for a better experience at Port Beauty, but not to be.

Absolutely worst! Waste of time and money!Should have read the reviews prior to booking. Inexperienced or perhaps no sense of beauty... why else would we have these treatments done.The Therapist drew on and around eyebrows for waxing line. Three times I asked for brows to be waxed thinner. The Therapist asked me to draw on how I like them, In the end, I asked her to just finish so I could go. What should have been 25 mins max took her an hour. I left with waxed unshapened brows and tint still on my skin.

Girl at the counter was very polite. I went in at the appointed time and 5 minutes into my massage a couple came in and demanded they be booked in immediately. I was told someone else had to come from another centre and finish my massage. Super disappointed that rude people are given special treatment at the expense of paying customers.
