I ran into one of the staff (I think manager of the store) after hours asking for directions to a different supp store nearby (not knowing he worked for elite Supps) and the kind gentleman re-opened the store for me after hours to help me get what I needed. I made an online order, and received someone else's order instead of mine. To make matters worse the package came complete with a copy of all of that person's personal details, so I assume that wherever my order has wound up, someone has all my details.I have tried calling multiple times, have left a voicemail, and have emailed to find out how to get what I ordered, and no one has responded. They have found the time however to spam my inbox several times.Now I am out of pocket with someone's else's stuff. Terrible experience.
