Absolutely disgusting service . Called to make an appointment told they need referral and s hool report before they can. Sent those off called to confirm received . Then still couldn't make an appointment as specialist needed to view ref and report. Confirmed Dr had received. Dr received and receptionist offered to send off again. She send referral off again 3 weeks later 3 phone call later and still can't make an appointment . And still haven't hear from them after being told someone will contact us within 1 week has turned into 1 month. And phone ring out half the time no one answers leave a message and nobody returns message . The only person which has been helpful is Ash .

The administration staff are well i am not sure they always ring me and ask me to change my appointment times the last time i was at the clinic they try to get me to change the time even after i made it clear that i was not able to change my appointment time and they still where ring asking where i was they also do not put done the correct information this has made miss my last appointment so it has made it look like that i was a no show i am very disappointed because the administration staff have made this a bad experience. But the dr are great welling to listen and help and support people when needed. I hope they do take my review on board and fox the issue that that have been brought to light

I need a an appointment with dr Anjali my psychiatrist she cancelled last Friday I really need the next appointment with her before the end of July any cancellations I don't mind if I need to pay to see her please contact me or I need to do telehealth this appointment is important I need a report for centrelink it's important because I am trying to get back on disability support pension as I am not well mentally and physically otherwise I need to start all over again with disability support pension I really don't want to start all over again because I have worked so hard on this one I am trying I have already told the dr surgery that I go no more cancellations last Friday I made the effort to turn up and receiption said we tried to call U and text you which was a lie

I’ve been seeing Dr Ragu for a few years now, up until then I’d been on a medication roundabout. He knew the best option for me and I’ve never looked back. I feel extremely comfortable during my appointments and Dr Ragu is so very kind and helpful. I honestly do not know where I would be if I hadn’t found him.The Specialist Centre is a welcoming space, modern and clean. The reception staff have always been attentive, professional and kind.

Very happy with Dr Janakiraman!I was feeling apprehensive about starting back on a type of medication that I knew I probably needed to, because of previous side effects.He took the time to listen to my concerns about past medications and took this into consideration and chose a medication that would hopefully not have me feel they way I had in the past.I am feeling great and am even seeing improvement in areas I didn’t know I would!Highly highly recommend as it’s important to listen to the needs of the patient!

Literally the worst medical/mental health service I have ever encountered.Dr. Kachap decided on a myriad of diagnosis' within 10 minutes of speaking to me, wouldn't listen to any of my thoughts regarding the diagnosis' and then told me that she can't keep precribing different medications" (for reference

Even thought I don't have anything negative to say about Dr Jag. I can't seem to get a hold of reception. My son had an appointment today. Telehealth because he isn't vac'd which is ridiculous. But they didn't call... tried to call to find out what happened and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone all day.

Had to cancel an appointment due to them not accepting anyone in the practice that is not double Vaccinated. They have taken it upon themselves to put this in place eventhough it is not government mandated for them to do so. Glad they showed that they care more about vaccination status than mental health

Dr Ragu was extremely kind, helpful and supportive in taking the time to understand my medical condition personally. He was very knowledgeable in my condition and had great advice on how to improve my day to day life even though my condition is permanent, Dr Ragu was reassuring that it is manageable with the right medical supervision, which was made easily available to myself.
