Newcastle Pet Resort

My cavoodle has attended NPR for daycare as well as boarding. I am so happy with how the staff have looked after her. She‘s made human and doggo friends, and comes home happy and tuckered out from her visits. Love the daily photo updates!

Our dog goes here for day care and has boarded here once for a couple of weeks and she seems to really enjoy it.The team post photos to Facebook each day which is really nice when you're aware so you can see your dog playing and having fun.I have noticed as soon as we hit the driveway our dog gets very excited the same way she does at the beach or the local park where she gets to run and play. I can only assume this is a good sign.I am quite happy with the service we have got here.

Always a great place to send my two fur-kids for their own holiday when we are away. I feel so confident knowing they are cared for well and any specific health needs for ageing dogs are catered for with no fuss. The only place I am confident sending my Guide Dog for his holiday (see pic from one of his holidays). He does miss the chicken mince and chicken wings but he is a lab. He still has a great time.

We appreciated the care and love our dogs received during their stay. They had so much fun. We felt relief knowing our boys were in the care of trust worthy dog loving people.

We used Newcastle Pet Resort for many months but had a few bad experiences so decided it was best to move our pooch elsewhere.1) The collection/dropoff service was so handy however on one occasion the drop off bus dropped our dog into the wrong house and just opened the door and took their leash off. Our neighbours were not pet owners and were incredibly upset and shocked when a random dog started running through their house.2) Our dog got attacked during his weekly visit and rather than call us and notify us so we could take him to our preferred vet they just took him to a vet they chose and just forwarded us the invoice. the work done by their vet was sub-par and we required further surgery to be completed by our vet. If they communicated with us in the first place this would have been avoided.

We've being sending our dog to Newcastle Pet Resort firstly for doggy day care and now for overnight stay's,and I can honestly say he absolutely loves it... The staff are friendly, caring and look after Gus like he's family..He always get's excited on the way there,and we feel comfortable knowing he's in good hands.All the staff do a wonderful job and I highly recommend Newcastle Pet Resort, we wouldn't leave our beloved Gus with anyone else...

Unfortunately I can't recommend this pet resort. Even after explaining to the manager on arrival that one of our dogs is a little anxious, it appears she and the staff did not give our dog the appropriate care and I do trust them. They overbook the kennels to maximise their revenue. I don't want to support a business that values money over quality care. Apparently my dog was anxious over the whole weekend (even though she's stayed at pet resorts dozens of times over the past 4 years), and the pet resort did not bother to call me to let me know. They waited until pick up. Very poor form.

We have been using Newcastle Pet Resort Daycare for our Luna. We love that she has bonded well with the staff, loves the other dogs and comes home happy and exhausted from a day of fun. Would highly recommend to other pet owners.

Slightly more expensive than other kennels but you get what you pay for. Dogs are supervised at all times and bad behaviour is skillfully dealt with by the large and very professional staff. Our Dalmatian pup runs to the staff and they all know her by name. She is always in excellent condition and mindset when we collect her be it daycare or an overnight stay.

It is a fantastic pet resort wether for day care overnight stays and training. One of my dogs was having major issues dealing with other dogs and put him in training weekly and now he is a happier boy who listens and interacts. Whether you have a troubled pet or a social one they looked after their individual needs to assist in their own growth. I will really miss sending them there as we have moved out of the region.
