I attended a Yoga & Meditation event at Be U Wellness today and enjoyed every bit of it. From the lighting on the floor & ceiling, to the sound bowls and diffuser fragrances, it was all so relaxing! I will certainly book another session.

It allowed me to achieve movement beyond body consciousness. Where in the superficial world one's experience of the world is blocked by wasteful thoughts of the external aspects to our different bodies, this experience made me forget that and go inward where each of us are identical and one.It was a pleasure to meet Tariro.
