Swallow Rock Boat Ramp
Hello all, I try not write reviews these days as much as I have. I must say that While the boat ramp is great it’s a bit small for boats over 3m I had a fair few issues getting my quintrex boat (5m) into the water, also there are a fair few jet skis around, must I mention that it’s very shallow! Maximum 1.1m of water straight off the boat ramp and 0.5 in the Channel. Just to risky with a larger boat!

good place to swim, put in your boat and jump of the rocks, and has good facilities like barbecuing and toilets

One of the better ramps with access all the time , not affected by floods or rain, nearby pontoon as well as beach access, 2 X wash down bays, toilets nearby. Parking is adequate for most days

Great except for all the impatient yokels in 25 hp tinnies that cant understand what it takesto get a family of four on and off the waterAlso its not cool and theft to drive a strangers car away if you think they are taking too long for above reasons

Could be better that's for sure, definitely needs more parking, some days you'll find a 1.5 hour wait to get your boat in and you may have to park over 1km away as there's very limited parking. council could fill in a bit of the swamp to make more parking but seem to get good revenue out of those who park illegally so it's probably a decent earner of revenue for them...

Very tranquil and beautiful place, not many people during workdays. Gets a little bit crowded on the weekends, but still plenty of space for everyone. Ideal for kayaking and paddle boards.
