Dr. Rekha was very personable and professional. She was very thorough and took her time examining and discussing preventative health. Efficient and transparent with costs. I trust her to look after my family, highly recommend!

Please check if Dr Rekha is charging right. Also get a second opinion before getting your tooth drilled. They randomly add charges that might not be necessarily required.

Robbers! They booked me in for a 6 month follow up check which was suppose to be free since I am a Bupa member. When they realised that it had not been 6 months following up my initial check up they decided to charge me without even acknowledging that they made the mistake in booking me only 3 to 4 months after my initial check up. I did the right thing and paid for it to avoid an argument but they wouldn't even admit fault. Money hungry. They act like they care for your health but it's all fake. Avoid these robbers.

Going to the dentist always makes me anxious but Nathalie is always checking in to see how I'm doing. She is always very empathetic and explains things clearly. I also really like the receptionist staff who have great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend! Thank you :)

I visited Werribee Bupa dental with mum today. It was an unplanned one and so no appointment was available. They were all booked for 24/12, however the receptionist Farishta called me back as soon as there was a cancellation and an appointment available, in around half an hour and made sure my mum gets her treatment today. She had such positivity with a smile throughout. I couldn't thank her enough. Doctor was too kind and helpful. Overall very pleasant experience.

I came to Bupa Dental - Werribee Pacific for the first time.The Bupa Dental Werribee team was friendly & welcoming, especially Mandeep - who was very helpful and assisted with all my queries.My daughter likes her dentist - Dr Rekha too.
