John and his team were great to deal with and helped deliver a great farewell and lasting memorial to our Mum. From my first initial conversation with John, through every detail of planning, till the moment our beautiful grandmother was laid to rest, his compassionate, sincere care for our family was strongly felt. John and the team at Sincere Funerals have attended to two funerals on our behalf. My Uncle 2 years ago and recently my mother who passed on the weekend of Anzac Day. Sincere went above and beyond during the difficult time surrounding my mother's passing. From patiently explaining processes to ensuring her ashes would be ready in time for family to transport abroad, John and Marie were responsive, quick to answer calls and emails (often within minutes!), and compassionate. They obtained and prepared all relevant paperwork for us, helped us get our hands on death certificate ASAP, and made a harrowing time that much easier. Prior to my father passing John and I discussed our family's needs and John promptly sent a quote for our family to discuss. On my father's passing John answered his phone out of hours when he shouldn't (being at a personal function), listened well to our needs quoting quicker than was needed. John and Marie stayed in touch to reassure and thoroughly confirm our needs and to inform of the things we did not know.On the day of the funeral John and Marie were a wonderful and empathetic team. They were respectful of our space but were on hand when needed. Their caring preparation resulted in a wonderful occasion.Thank you.

I don't know how to thank John, Bill, Marie and the team enough. after a very sad and emotional end to my fathers life the warmth and compassion they showed made the funeral process a beautiful ending to dad's life. In fact working with John and the team felt like we were dealing with family members rather than a business entity, nothing was too much trouble for them. They cared.

Marie and John are gentle and loving, dealing with them felt like a family helping me with my little angel. From the day I call them it was pure love and dedication. Our send-off to our little angel is quite challenging due to restriction but Marie made everything possible. She is very hands-on and passionate about everything. I was amazed by how magical everything was and ended up feeling at peace. Their words and wisdom are incredible knowing how sensitive our situation is. Couldn't thank them enough.
