Ace Parking | Sunshine Hospital Car Park

Worst car park experience. I would definitely give 0 star if that available here. Never park here afterwards. Not recommended to any one.

Mmm our experience here was poor. One boom gate wasn't working which left this elderly lady stuck for over 10 mins trying to get out. The car park was full but still let cars in.Bit of a nightmare here. The attendant on the intercom was confrontational and refused to offer any real assistance.Feel sorry for those visitors coming to see loved ones.

It been a few months since I have started using the ACE car park at Sunshine. So far nil major concerns except sometimes having issues with the boom gates (they just don't open). Overall I am happy with m experience till date :)

The worst car park i ever seen before. I was there to get vaccine and park should be free. I lost the ticket by accident, one of their staff said I can leave free but they still charged me. If normal rate I am ok but they charged me 61 dollars. After I realized I tried to contact them nobody reply. Oh, I see their rate now, they don't care about people's evaluation. Do something good. Everybody lives hard during Covid, you already get money from the Gov. you will pay one day if you keep drinking too much human blood.

We were at this car park at 2 pm today as we went to leave my son relized he had no money in the card he was using. The man that we buzzed was terribly rude and asked us to call someone to transfer money to our account as we didn't know anyone to call in the mean time I looked behind and there was about 10 cars behind us the lady behind us was heavy pregnant because she was parked next to us we buzzed again and the female that answered was just as rude plus she couldn't speak Inglish there was no manager there to speak too which is wrong in my understanding there should b a manager in every work place I can't believe how rude this ppl are if you wanna call them ppl

Great prices, the carpark has huge amount of car spaces, sometimes though card reader doesn't scan readily, but service person is efficient and scans you in remotely

Setting up an ace parking account was really easy. They sent me an email with my card/barcode within an hour after applying, which I just printed and laminated but I've also seen people just screenshot it scan it from their phone which also works. Lucky to have had this as a student!

Yes I enjoy the discounted rate for staff at western health sunshine hospital, but would be great if there was closer access into the hospital grounds by putting a gateway so staff can walk in to get to work quicker.

You're a the biggest scam, no wonder you have that rating. Finished paying over a $110 for 4 night duties at Sunshine Hospital last week, your advertisement as $15 for up to 13 hours of parking and in a very small print on website saying just applying till 5am so you can just sting all nightshifters right on and charge them again on the new" day...Even with your option for staff

$15 to park in an uncovered, unmanned and unmonitored gravel car park with poor lighting and piles of garbage.In regards to your response:The only option in to pay on card, yet there is a surcharge for cards, bringing the amount to $14.The lighting is not adequate at night, it is still unsafe.Remote monitoring does not improve safety for people who are required to use the parking at night. In response to other reviews you have stated that you removed cash facilities from your sites due to frequent break ins. That alone is indicative that your monitoring is insufficient and unsafe.
