I’ve been going to Lucy for months now for both extensions and lash lift/tint and I adore her. She is consistent and has a great attention to details, listens to your needs and the results are always fantastic. 100% recommend Lucy for anyone who needs their lashes done to a high standard and is keen on keeping their natural lashes healthy.

Would highly recommend going here for your beauty treatments. Lucy is incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I’m thankful coming across a microneedling treatment offer which included a mask and led treatment that definitely worked, did get my décolletage added for an additional price but it was needed and affordable while not being pushed into having the additional treatments. Not only was my microneedling experience preformed with the highest quality but the procedure was much more effective than previous at another salon. Yes my face might have been red from the procedure but because it was treated with aftercare it actually reduced by the time I walked out. Amazed by how effective the aftercare was and results showed. Also during my visit it was noticed that I had some broken capillaries, which were able to be treated at the same time which I was incredibly pleased with. On going treatments were discussed as per my skin concerns which was greatly appreciated while not being pressured into ones that are unsuitable. The bed was comfortable with heated blankets which were a very nice touch. The salon was clean and had all requirements from council to operate. Have already booked another appointment

My experience at rare lash factory was beyond superb!Lucy is thorough in explaining the process she used when I had fibroblast done on my face. Lucy went above & beyond to meet all my needs on the day.She has the most amazing pink fluffy blanket & electric blanket she can have you wrapped in while she treats your skin.She also gave me a lactic peel & I had my first session on her ems machine while my face was treated.I’m already trying to book in my appointments for more treatments of the ems machine & skin tightening treatments.

The best lash place I’ve ever been to!! I absolutely love the girls and they always do such an amazing job, I have lashes that naturally point down and Lucy did a fabulous job lifting them up. The studio is so clean and the staff are so incredibly kind. Defs recommend it to anyone looking for great services.
