Most atrocious customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. I was called by the owner of Roto Service (and not the other way around) about selling parts to my company - and he was an absolutely rude, aggressive, and unpleasant. When I said I was waiting on a quote he called me a time waster, said that he does not do competitive pricing" and to go find the parts elsewhere

Wow. Just wow.Incredibly rude.Answers phone by saying ‘What’. Puts the phone down before the conversation is finished.Turn up to pick up.Created by ‘Yup’Ask is prefers cash or Card (trying to help the guy out)Replies.‘Don’t Care’Then chucks my card down in front of me once he’s finished.Says ‘there ya go’In short. This guy is a despicable excuse for a customer consumer business.Being linked as a distributor for Sammic is a very poor choice.

Took a slicer to get fixed after calling to see if they could fix it,guy said yes bring it in told me hours they were open.Drove an hour and a bit to get there to be told I can’t fix this brand throw it in the bin. How about checking what a customer is bringing in first. Extremely rude and poor customer service. Time waster money waster. Take some lessons in people skills, you don’t deserve to be in business

Extremely rude and poor customer service.Dont think this guys had any lessons in people skills, or as sample as their parents and teacher had failed to teach them to be respect other people.Also, could be they are too Inferior about having small man balls lol

Terrible experience. Don't waste your money or time. Be careful, the old guy is very aggressive. Find another service center. I have never seen any business that has that many number of 1 star reviews.
