Very expansive wide corridors, rooms well set out.

Removed mum from their care because meds were forgotten often and then when she asked still took a few hours to get. buzzers were turned off rather than answered on a lot of occasions. Made complaints and never corrected. Staff overrode specialists requests for medication times prior to surgery. Food not always up to par, very frugal. Promised morning and afternoon tea or coffee but rarely got. Upon leaving facility, left a vase behind, but someone stole it rather than return it even after several attempts to retrieve. Colleen in office said it may have been put in maintenance shed or in nurses station storage…. Clearly returning people’s belongings is unimportant to them…. There is no lost property etc. Very Very disappointed considering how much people pay to enter as a holding to be at the facility…. Disgusting!

Lovely nursing home, Around 160 beds.Very modern lots of parking.Every resident has own room

3 weeks now & She's 85 and they won't even fix her phone so I can talk to her & cheer her up
