One year ago, I had a great experience and they were very helpful. For that, I have recommended them to one of my friends who was looking for a professional CV makers to help him with an eye catching CV and a LinkedIn profile. Unfortunately, the result was very frustrating as I have got a very bad feedback from my friend. The worst thing is how they have treated him badly and in an unprofessional way.Now, after getting such a feedback from someone who I really trust!! I am not going to recommend them again, or even deal with them.

Hi,I recently asked this company to do resume, cover letter.Very poor quality works.As soon as the draft was done-I raised this with them-asked to stop and not proceed further and organise partial refund ( to charge me only the job is done)-refused to refund. I would recommend not to use the Resume Makers at all. Total waste of money and time.

Don’t waste your money ! Payed $220 , totally miss read my old cv , told me I was wrong and they did it right, I asked for a call to discus and they would not , , can only email them , but it not so easy for me to explain by email , only after I told them I was going for a chargeback on my credit card they emailed me and said if I pay another $49 can have a call to discus, I would never recommend this company !Recommend Find a company who you can call And discus Any issues For free .They have a very Arrogant attitude !

Hey Matt and Dom thanks heaps for my resume. I had a due date on the 17th and they helped me out pushed the phone interveiw back a day. Extremely effective dont listen to the very few bad reviews they are just little bogans that probably didnt haveanything to put on their resume in the first place.
