Bond Cleaning Ipswich

We got stitched up completely by this company.. We were initially quoted $560 for a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom single storey house. It wasn't too dirty but when the cleaners got there, they said we needed to pay another $200 as the kitchen and bathrooms needed extra attention. I said that was unnecessary as two cleaners should be able to complete the job in the 4-5 hours allocated.. They insisted that if I didn't pay it then they couldn't guarantee the clean, I felt my hands were tied as we needed the clean done ASAP so I negotiated and paid an extra $150.After this I was expecting a really good job – I could have done a much better job by taking 2 days off work (less than the cleaning cost of $710) and cleaning the place myself. The cleaning they did is very superficial. There are still obvious marks on the walls & not as good as I would have expected. There are better options than this place and much cheaper.I hope writing this review saves other people the trouble of using this company and more do the same. A place like this can’t keep ripping people off.

The first phone call I had was with this company was with a seemingly lovely lady who had great communication, however that’s where the positives for this business stopped. All other communication afterwards was terrible. The man I spoke to on the phone was abrupt and hung up on me mid sentence in every other phone call. I had to chase them up to confirm they received my deposit and would be doing the clean. I wish I had trusted my gut and cancelled my bond clean then and there.On the day of the clean they were 2.5 hours late. We had to call to find out where they were. We waited at our property and called three times to find out where they were. Each time they said they would call back with an ETA and they didn’t. On the third call They said we could leave the keys in the mail box and they would let themselves in but they also wanted us to pay in full before they started the bond clean. We said no to this as they were already 1.5 hours late and we had no idea if they were going to show up. We explained we didn’t want to hand over hundreds of dollars without seeing them on site.After 2.5 hours 4 teenagers rocked up smoking, swearing and looking completely unprofessional. They had no cleaning equipment with them and stated that one of them would leave to go and get it. They only gave this information after we asked twice where their cleaning supplies were. I should mention they were only going to get the equipment after we paid. Who rocks up to a bond cleaning job 2.5 hours late with no cleaning equipment!? They also requested we pay more then the original agreed upon cost as the house was in poor condition, which it was not. They had no apology for being 2.5hours late even when we politely expressed our frustration.By this point I requested a discount or that I pay a percentage of the clean up front and the remainder when the job was done. I was late for work and I had food that was now spoiled as I had cleaned out my fridge and turned it off before their originally stated arrival time thinking that they would arrive soon.I was now at a loss financially, this plus the lack of professionalism, lack of equipment and communication had left little trust and I wasn’t giving them the $850 they quoted me for a bond clean and carpet clean without caution.They offered a $20 discount but refused more after we insisted. What then followed was the business owner very aggressively saying his staff would no longer be doing the clean and would be keeping the $50 deposit.No apology and no communication from them, wasted time and money on our end. My husband and I could have gotten most of the clean done in the time it took us to wait for them to arrive and the hours it took on the phone to find another last minute bond cleaner.Huge lesson learned by me. Always read reviews and trust your gut. These guys are as bad as their countless one star reviews suggest.

DO NOT USE - TOTAL SCAMMERS!!Would not recommend to anyone.Don't deserve 1 star.Have you been to the car wash companies that charge you extra if your car is not clean to start with? This company is the equivalent of those.On the day of the clean you will get a call to say there are areas that need extra attention"

I am a professional cleaner and I have used this company for two years. They are always very professional and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their windows cleaned or their carpets or rugs cleaned.

!!BEWARE OF THIS SCAM BUSINESS!!!!DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!Paid $626 for a bond cleaning service which included carpet cleaning & pest control and all I received was what looked like a sweep and mop of the house. Walls were not wiped, carpets/ flooring not vacuumed, skirting boards and window sills not done, bathrooms were not cleaned either and pest control never completed!!All while they were asking for extra payments on services that were listed as part of their “bond clean”.Their business has been report with ASIC, but I don’t want anyone else falling into this scam like we did.

SCAM ALERT!!DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!The cleaner arrived late was very rude over the phone, offered no explanation of why he was late and offered no apology.3 hours after scheduled start time I received a call from the company demanding an extra $200 before they commence the work!I then received a phone call from the cleaner who had left the property stating he would return tomorrow and do the work independently for cash. I was shocked the cleaner would do this, it all seemed like a SCAM.Needless to say I went with another company.Don’t waste your time or money on this company!

I will not use this company again, I was initially quoted $650 and paid the $50 deposit 2 weeks prior to that. On the day after I had cleaned they were 1 hour late. Only 1 worker came the company then charged me an extra $250 because I needed the job done by 2:30pm. The guy that cleaned it did a good job. But to be charged $900 is disgraceful. I contacted the Office of Fair Trading and got a partial refund after much to and fro. I am sorry but they will never get my business again. Our house was not extra dirty as they tried to imply and we had only lived there for 10 months. I was extremely disappointed with this company. Yes I am glad I received a partial refund but I had to go to extreme lengths to get it. Cleaning 8/10 Company 1/10.

DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE!!! THEY DESERVE A SCORE OF LESS THAN ZERO! ABSOLUTE RIP-OFFS!!!!!!!!!!I booked this service for a bond clean. Booked for 8am on a Monday. On Saturday I get a message from someone random, that could have been spam, asking to change the booking to the next day (Sunday). I declined, saying I'd prefer the previously arranged time. They then changed the time to 10:30am on Monday. I paid a $50 deposit upon booking. The cleaner was at the wrong address when I was contacted to pay the remainder of the quote. I said I wouldn't until they were here. The cleaner arrived and walked through the property. Then advised that cleaning the walls would be extra. I then got a call from the office to tell me that to clean the cupboards would be $300 extra!!! After a while they brought this down to $200. When I again disputed this the cleaner advised the company they wouldn't clean my unit. I even offered to clean the cupboards myself. This wasn't acceptable to them. This company is a complete rip off! I wasted $50 on them, they were not going to get the $80 cancellation fee on top of that. I can only imagine the charge they would have tried to get me to pay if I agreed to the change to Sunday.

Moving interstate, I paid in full for a 1br unit, weeks prior to the job and requested a experienced professional cleaner as I was soon flying out and staying in a hotel 1hr plus away from the job. I rang and confirmed the day before and let them know the house was unlocked for them only to recieve calls and texts later on and the morning of, asking how to gain access. The company also sent the cleaner the wrong address. After all this I didn't trust the company was professional, so I hired a car just to drive out to check the job, only to find it wasn't completed and areas completely untouched. Actual piles of dirt were still in the garage from the removalist. The cleaner didn't sweep or vacuum among many other things and anywhere wiped or mopped was streaky and sticky. We had to spend the afternoon cleaning the property ourselves and buying cleaning products before flying out. NOT RECOMMENDED!
