Nice and clean station.

I recently started travelling from this station.Here are my findingsNot enough car space.. forget about parking if you come after 7-7:15.Access to platforms from opposite side car park is not well planned, ideally they should have built an subway to go either side of station.right now people have to walk to far right side of station to go either side of platforms.( easily 600 to 700 m walk if you parked far side to it )Trains are running generally om time and full capacity during office hours.Overall if you want to avail car park, come Early else forget about it.

Very very unprofessional, the trains which are arriving and departing doesn't maintain proper time tables and specially poor customer care helpline service ,Can't provide proper and exact information regarding train schedules.

The person at service desk is so rude and treats customers badly. They should be taught some customer service manners first.

Depression central station. My experience on platform 2 (Geelong bound)A station built without travellers in mind. A open windswept platform with no effective protection from rain or wind, and very little protection from the sun.No seats, no toilet, no vending machine, no bin, no staff, no warmth.Bus connections (inbound) are inevitably late - most bus services have to fight traffic jams to cross the nearby bridge which means a longer wait time to get on the train. In my case the bus delivered me to the station in time to wave goodbye to the service I needed to catch, resulting in a full 20 minute wait.I can only conclude that the station was designed to be unwelcoming as possible to all people to prevent youth loitering, and prevent the homeless finding any shelter.

The lady at the customer service office on the side of myki recharge station, she is very rude, don't know how to deal with the customers, speaking loudly without manners. If someone don't know about the myki services, its her duty to xplain their services of myki package but i felt very unappreciated behaviour of that lady. Even I don't want to give one star as well.

They can easily cancel the train without prior notice. Atleast in your app give us a heads up. They just dont care because this is the west! You dont even deserve a star!

Nice brand new and modern station, VERY long platform, i hope one day they run 9 car trains through here cause theres more than enough room. Can get VERY crowded in the peak hours (well before corona anyway), lots of parking but usually not enough if you get there too late in the morning.

Modern Vline train station on Geelong line with all facilities in Tarneit. I don't know why people have had issues with long platforms. We should appreciate such a nice station though we need more parking space. Go and visit Melton station and you will feel the difference
