I just love these classes. The workouts are well balanced in that there is a real mix of challenges and fun to keep you interested. After only three weeks l have noticed that my body has become more toned and my strength and posture has improved . I also like that the classes are very inclusive in that mothers are able to come along with their babies such a great example of women supporting other women. The memberships offered provide excellent value. Cannot recommend these classes highly enough.

Helen has established a world class reformer Pilates studio at Maine Fitness in Castlemaine. The reformer machines are brand new and state of the art and the whole studio is bright, contemporary and a pleasure to exercise in. Helen and Miranda are excellent instructors - very supportive and tailor the classes to each person’s ability. Highly recommend!
