Anita did the most beautiful set of volume lashes on me! They look beyond amazing. Her service was super accommodating and friendly. Her salon was clean and i am beyond amazed with the final results! I definatley will be visiting again!!

I have been having my eyebrows threaded at Sai now for a few years and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Anita the owner is amazing at what she does, with plenty of experience behind her. It always a pleasure to see her beautiful smile and have a good catch up chat.

This is by far my worst experience. I got my hair keratin done from here and it was anything but keratin. The lady Anita who does the services not only destroyed the natural texture but also had a very unprofessional and rude behaviour after I told her that she needs to fix my hair. The straightening wared off in the first wash and the inside hair was all still wavey and Anita the owner and lady who was doing the job refused to fix the damage done by her after paying almost 300 aud for it. Total scam. Never going here again. There are a lot genuine beauty parlours in surfers but this ain’t one.

Nice little place in a good location in an arcade off one of the main streets (surfers paradise blvd), Staff were friendly and Alita the owner was lovely and very focused on providing good service and happy customers. I went here to have a manicure with shellac polish and also hair cut and blow wave and I was really pleased with the results and I thought the prices were very good compared to a few of the other salons in the area which I looked at online. My daughter had her nails done also but she was not happy with her nails (frankly it was a disappointing and substandard application of nails and polish) , so we took her back there the following day to show the owner and she was very apologetic and happily agreed to fix it for her and afterwards my daughter was pleased with how it turned out. So overall I would definitely recommend this salon for their customer service, prices and for their services, however I would have to say that the staff do need more training on how to apply nails.

I visited this salon this morning with my mother And left completely unsatisfied after sitting through the rest of my mums appointment int ears over my own hair. I wanted a full head of foils and was talked down and into getting Balayage because they supposedly couldn’t do fouls on my hair because it will “look bad” despite saying so many times that I didn’t want balayage, they then tried to charge me extra before agreeing to give me my quoted price. I left there with limp, tangled, messy curls and the bottom half of my hair straight orange literally with a line sectioning the top and bottom half of my hair and also four orange stripes going horizontal down the back of my head. When I mentioned I was unhappy the boss Anita, was very defensive and the whole appointment was trying to charge both my mother and I extra. The hairdresser herself (Emma) was lovely despite a bit of a language barrier. We were booked in for 10.30 and did not get seen to till atleast 11.45am. Overall I’m very unsatisfied with my hair and also the rudeness when confronted with an issue. Again the hairdresser, Emma is lovely but I was left a hot mess.

I’ve done my lashes infill today. Middle of procedure, glue came into my L)eye and it was extremely sore and my tears kept coming but staff didn’t do anything with that I had to sat because of soreness but staff kept saying lying back. I still have blurry sight. I am not sure I need to check my left eye. I doubt staff knows safety matter. I can see white and shiny glues all over lashes root part. It was my WORST experience ever! Beauty cannot prior to health.. I never back this salon.

Yeah. same mateMy wife got a hair cut here few weeks ago.The chick that runs the place there is so rude. Alongside her argumentative staff. She wanted her hair shorter and the hairdresser kept saying her she needs to layer it even though my wife said she just needed her sides shorter.I told the manager I'd complain and she looks at her customer and rolls her eyes saying : whatever. I don't care. And then would not speak to me.So yeah she takes our money and does not politely say thank you or anything.For travellers who are on a holiday this place is the wrong place!!Over priced, over rated in which I bet you and your friends wrote your 5 star review and rude.Sai hair is a waste of time and money and should refund all those customers she's ripped off.

Went in for a Groupon deal for classic eyelash extension and it was totally not worth it. They only put around 30 lashes for each eye which is far less than a standard full set. They advertise on Groupon as a heavy discount from $85 to $39 and it believe it is kind of false advertising. They didn’t have the range of length to choose from either. Because I would prefer 11mm but they only had 12mm and 10mm.. The therapist was polite but she put too much glue and it stuck on my eyelid. Please do not buy their Groupon eyelashes deals.

I got a full set of eyelashes done today. It was not bad but it wasn’t what I asked for:I know it is unusual but I always ask for as natural as possible. I don’t like it when you can see it s “been done”. I like classic extensions that are not much longer than my own lashes and no crazy volume... basically just to save myself time putting on mascaraSo once it was finished I was like oh man... they are super long and they are not individual lashes, they are ones that come in little bunches so straight away that looks anything but natural.I know Anita meant well because she said something like - “I did a bit extra for you” and she was not charging me any extra. She was lovely altogether but I just really dislike these long fake looking things on my face that I now have to deal with.
