Richard did a rushed, untidy, unprofessional job for my kitchen splashback.My house was turned into a workshop & left covered in dust from cutting and using his grinder inside my home.He also didnt do the job properly.I asked him to remove the existing tiles and replace with new ones.He quoted me extra for this. Instead he layered over the top of the old tiles. You could see the old tiles as he didn't cover them properly.He also left deep cut scratch marks on one of my kitchen cupboards.Where the ceiling and cornice meet with the rangehood, the plaster was cut into and left with a gap & not filled or sealed.Timeline wasn't stuck to either. I spent the night cleaning up all the mess the night before a tenant was due to move in.
