I’ve been to Pat’s Tyres twice in the last week and I’m blown away by their service. Yesterday a young fellow called Matt, greeted me when I stepped out of my motorhome straight away. He asked me how my day was going and how could he help. I wasn’t booked in and after telling him that and what the situation was, he said no worries and got stuck into rectifying my worry. Hey Matt, take a bow for helping me out you deserve it! It was all round fantastic service on both occasions, delivered with top class customer service. Well done Pat and Laura, you’ve a great team!

I visit this dealer monthly as a supplier. I find that this dealer has great customer service and has pride in store presentation. All staff make sure their customers leave knowing they have been well looked after professionally.
