You will have to ask the short hair lady owner why she told me about the post office cheap cards then. She was pointing to the cheap shop I would guess but she was saying “post office “ in her words.2. Maybe you should clearly label the price of your beautiful cards so people know if they want to come in and pay for it and save the trouble.3. 6.5$ is affordable for me and I do like your shop presentation that is why I walked in BUT definitely not the arrogant attitude.4. My husband told me he even spent $200 buying a box of roses for my birthday last year from your shop and I did tell hime do not go again since this is quite upsetting. There is not a simple chance of the owner to say sorry isn’t it? All you do is defending.Just won’t recommend it to anyone that I know.The rudest shop owner I have ever met in Australia.This shop has a beautiful setup for Valentines day so I walked in to get a card ($6.5 for a tiny small card which shows no price on it). No greetings at all the woman owner was doing her thing then when I put the card back since she told me the rip off price.. she said if you want cheap cards go to the post office that way.. oh my goodness, I would have paid it if you have shown any hospitality but with this attitude, no way. Not recommended at all if you are looking to get a good mood for shopping.

Do not waste your money. Angela and Greg are probably the most unprofessional and ignorant people I’ve ever had to deal with, regardless of all the proof that I provided of their flowers being poor quality. They are Passive aggressive and will call you out to be a liar each time.WORST FLORIST EVER!

Dealt with a young girl on the 6/3 in store who took our details. She seemed to be lacking customer service skills but all good. Her boss helped her by saying that you guys will work with our budget etc. Nice enough bloke.My wife to be then received a phone call today 7/3 to which the lady by the name of ange was unbivable rude. Starting the conversation by hello its the florist. Now I'm unsure about you but when you are planning a wedding you are usually dealing with many different vendors so introducing yourself as the florist really didn't help. The conversation then went along the lines of your the lady who wants budget flowers aren't you. Now we never stated we wanted budget flowers we stated we are working to a budget, as you do when planning things. We were then asked well who will be picking the flowers up, to our answer being we are looking at having them delivered. The price given was $500 and when questioned for being out the back of mudgeereba we were told um no im looking now its out the back of Ballina. My partner tried correcting her. But being cut off with I know where it is im looking at it right now. The lady has clearly not read the form that was filled out on Sunday as it clearly shows austinville not Alstonville.Easy to say we will be crossing these guys off our list. Simply due to the fact we have never spoken to someone so eager to not take on business.

I ordered the most stunning flowers from this shop on Mothers Day, staff were clearly run off their feet and they were still so helpful and friendly. I rang to thank them personally yesterday and was sad to hear that one disgruntled customer has managed to muster a group of friends to all give terrible reviews to impact on this small family owned business. Just disgusting behaviour and hardly in the spirit of google reviews. I would highly recommend this business and will be using them in future without hesitation

Best experience! Angie is fab. The type of flower I ordered wasn’t available but she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift bouquet and have it delivered to my friend. Very happy customer :)

HORRIBLE. Worst flowers I've ever purchased!! Underwhelming for $150 and were all dead within 3 days. Called up to get a refund and was abused by the owner and I was offered 10% off my next purchase. Horrendous.

I like to be constructive with my feedback so here it goes:How I would have expected to be greeted:‘G’Day, what would you like?’How I was greeted:‘Over there, nah over there mate, pick what you want and move on.’ … I hadn’t said a word yet, had just entered the store and was the only customer there.There are people in this store who care about a good customer experience. The boss however seems stressed and brash… hope she finds some calm in her life.Politely declined and took my business to a different florist.

I was really disappointed with the flowers I received for Mother’s Day. Half of the flowers were already brown or wilting and the remaining ones dying. I felt sad for my daughter who had ordered them in good faith online from Melbourne. When she saw the picture I sent her, she said “they looked different online”. I wanted to personally contact Petals on the Plaza before I wrote this review. However, there are no contact details on the website. I’m sure my daughter spent a lot of money on my flowers. I unfortunately do not recommend Petals on the Plaza. Leonie Vincent

Not happy with my order. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday to be delivered as she lives in QLD and I'm in VIC when I was ordering online I had originally put my phone number in there above the delivery details however as I went down further it had another spot for a phone number with the billing details so I changed the original phone number that was with the delivery details to my mums 2 minutes after finalising the details she had received a text message with everything including the price and and what the flowers were meant to look like.Come the day of delivery she finally receives them only for the flowers to be different to what was ordered. I have since emailed the company twice regarding this to not receive a reply at all. Safe to say any more flowers I purchase from QLD will not be from this company!!

Visited yesterday and never again.Firstly, I was asked to pay an extra $3 to put some water in the pouch around the stems. Never ever have I been asked to pay for this. Every florist I have ever visited provides this as part of the service.The flowers were for my mums birthday, so I would have liked to have chosen the ribbon colour. But no, instead I was just given the tiniest piece of left over ribbon.I was then overcharged $5, which was no big deal. However when I asked to be reimbursed, I was told this could not be done because the boss never gives refunds"! After discussions
