Don't show any effort to tell members to respect gym equipment. Members at night just dropping weights on floor having no respect for equipment.

Very conveniently located, however it feels like I'm training in a foreign country. Can get crowded at times due to equipment quantity ratio versus membership count.

Woodlea Aintree branch is fantastic. The staff such as Chey is really friendly, helpful, making the gym trip really enjoyable. The facilities are in tip top condition, clean, good space and ventilation. There's no fault I can find. My favorite AF branch!

Good location, friendly staff but the cleaning is not good enough . equipment and machines are covered with dust and there are stains and dust on the floor .

Can get really packed around 6 to 8 pm everyday but other than that it's a small gym with all the basics you need.c

Perfect if you live in aintree, small but facilitating. Has your basic machines which is all people need when there starting off. Staff are lovely and gym is very clean. Aircon works a treat aswell hehe.
