Very well presented pharmacy. I went in one day and I got helped by this beautiful Italian lady called Mariangela for a consultation for skin care, couldn’t be more happier. Amazing customer service, really recommend it.

Alex and his team are worthy of 10 stars! The customer service at this store by all the staff is outstanding! Alex shows personal interest in all his customers, knows them by name, he's very caring, patient and friendly! A rarity in this day and age!

Thank you Alex and your professional and caring staff for making me feel comfortable while having my yearly Flu vaccination.Even though Alex was extremely busy, he took the time to fit me in as I needed it updated for my employer.I will definitely be going back for all my medications.I'm impressed with the old fashioned caring service.Thanks again.

Alex is awesome; so caring, helpful and knowledgeable. The individual care is amazing and Alex always knows when we’re due to fill a script or if we’re about to run out of something. The store’s presentation is impeccable and smells devine. The store has a rewards system and once a month there’s a members night where there’s in store discounts, gifts and treats.I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and his staff.

This pharmacy was a “ breath of fresh air”. A bright, attractive and well organised store. I attended the pharmacy for a COVID booster at short notice so I had a short wait. In that time I noticed the friendly staff were welcoming, caring and attentive to all their customers. They willingly gave their time to explain the correct procedures for administering medications to their customers. Thanks too to Alex and the team for making my vaccination experience stress free.

The staff are so friendly and we always get assistance as soon as we walk in the door.They are always patient with my elderly mother that doesn’t speak the best English but they take all the time to make sure she is looked after everytime she comes in with a prescription. The skin care specialist lady is so knowledgeable and helped me with my skin care upgrade ,she is so kind and takes the time to Answer all my silly questions:) I love the products she recommended.

We have come to see Laura the baby nurse every month since our son was born. She is such warm and comforting person and cant thank her enough for all the care shes given us. All the staff at the pharmacy are so welcoming. Definitely worthy of the 5 star review!

Customer service at the Pharmacy has always been good but what keeps me coming back is the baby health nurse, Laura. She's so kind, knowledgeable, non judgemental and always makes you feel at ease with any concerns you might have regarding your baby. She's absolutely wonderful!
