This place is great. Good range of freewheights and machines, a few classes you can do, and 24hr access.I love that I can put my shaker in the fridge for those longer sessions, and everyone is friendly so far, and willing to work in.

Very friendly, clean and welcoming. Free advice for begginers and ongoing advice when you need it.Great for women as you feel safe and no pressure.

Good value local gym, has pretty much everything you need from a gym as well as lovely owners.

Really good facility, friendly and good hours too.

Lithgow Fitness Centre is a very large and quiet place to visit for any training you desire.There is a large gym floor with machine and free weights. An upstairs cardio room with rowers, treadmills and various stepping machines.There is another room for circuit training along with an RPM style cycle room. Also, there is a larger upstairs room for group training with boxing, free weights, more cardio machines and a power rack for squating and lifting work.The atmosphere is quiet and not noisy. Staff and other customers are polite. There is a kitchen facility along with mens and womens change rooms, showers and toilets.Plus this is by far the largest gym facility in Lithgow. Great place to train.
