I was shopping around for a Honda scooter and came across a great deal for a Honda PCX with Motorcycleland. I felt with Brent who was professional and quick to respond to all my questions. The deal was effortless and they delivered the bike to my door. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the whole experience was seamless. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Do not bring your motorbike here for a RWC.Don (the mechanic) is a rude & arrogant old man who will talk over the top of you & cut you off.He failed my motorbike because i had fitted an aftermarket self cancelling turn signal module to the bike.Even after doing the research for him & showing him in the relevant ADR's that the turn signal module complied, he still wouldn't pass the bike. He was too stubborn & arrogant to admit he was wrong.Wasted $195 trying to get the RWC. As he refused to sign off, i had to take the bike elsewhere. That cost me $165 & sure enough, that person knew what they were doing & signed it off.Extremely frustrating & i wish i had listened to the bad reviews.

Very happy with their service when I bought my new SWM,The after sales service and parts has been awesome they also looked after my wife and daughters when we had to buy them gear.I drive an hour from Melbourne and I am very happy with their customer service.

My brother bought a bike from here and asked for proof of the road worthy which they said they did not have. The main problem was that the guys were very rude on the phone and not at all helpful. .

Bought a CBR from Motorcycle Land. Service I got from the sales manager and staff were great. Customer service was very good and easy to deal with.

Never been spoken to so rudely. Took our side by side in for a service a day early as we were not able to get it there the next morning. They wouldnt take it becuase they said they had no room to keep it over night. (Seems a bit odd knowing they have less side by sides in the shop, out the back and out of the front they have had for weeks) Instead of been nice about it Don was VERY rude and belittled me. If they dont have room why are they even selling the things. Never dealt with a business that was so self important. They are not the only ones that are busy and have trouble finding staff. Maybe they should look at the way they speak to people. I wouldnt work for someone that spoke to his customers like that.
