Love the clothing and the range but I went in yesterday and had a really poor experience, staff seemed to be looking after everyone except for me, took so long to get someone’s attention for another size etc then there was chaos at the register whilst trying to pay, other customers were being checked out while I stood there waiting… would have spent more time and money if I could have had some proper service !

I had an amazing experience shopping at this store. Laura was very friendly and patient and assisted me in finding a great outfit for my friend’s birthday brunch. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Came in with my boyfriend and was delighted with how helpful the girls working there are. No ask was too much, pulled any sizes we needed and offered great styling advice that saw us leave with a whole new wardrobe each!

Dear owners… your staff don’t answer their phones. Tried over a period of a few days multiple times a day as I was interstate and needed to enquire if a piece was available. When I finally came into the shop once returning the staff were unhelpful. Should re consider who you have employed as they don’t care to answer incoming calls.

Genuinely really let down by the service. Went in with a friend who was looking to purchase a rather expensive item and we were given absolutely 0 service. The two workers in there completely ignored us for the whole time we were in the store, and when another customer walked in, they greeted her and not us. Really really disappointed especially considering my friend was heavily considering buying the item. They did not attempt to offer us any service, my friend was looking for a smaller size and the counter which the two assistants were standing was right where we were and they didn’t even offer any type of help. So rude and stuck up.
