Be very careful with this firm, they are very good at locking people into a long 5 year contract without explaining the details in full.We were lied to saying that they would give us an extra machine at no cost, 1 month after the machine arrived the monthly bill increased by $60. I have since found out that the opposition can provide the same machines at a saving of $280 per month. Being a client of BBC Digital for over 10 years, have had a major change in company structure and have been requesting for 6 months to have the current contract terminated, BBC refuses to do this, definitely do not recommend this company!

Very professional to deal with, they go over and above with their customer service (clear, precise and don't make excuses when things break down, they just log a service call and someone is out almost immediately. Logging any consumables they are straight onto it and out on courier almost immediately.. Waste Tonner bottle was needed and was here within a few days. Staff have always been helpful and willing to assist.. Highly recommend if your looking for a printing business solution.

Go to BBC Digital to streamline your invoicing and accounting procedures.The software is not difficult to use and the support and implementation of the product has been great.The team at BBC Digital work hard to ensure you can get things up and running as soon as possible.The ongoing support from Ziad is great.He helps us continue to learn and we are never far from prompt and efficient help. Which gives us a lot of peace of mind.It's worth the investment to go digital.
