Suncoast Car Care

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Suncoast Car Care for a service and I must say I was very impressed. The staff were friendly and informative, and they did an excellent job on my car. They even took the time to explain each service in detail and answer any questions I had. Additionally, their prices were very reasonable and I appreciate that they offer a loyalty program to their customers. All in all, I am very pleased with my experience at Suncoast Car Care and will definitely be taking my car back in the future. Highly recommended!

First time that my car was at his shop it got reversed into, All fine and well it wasn’t his fault he parked it outside. I’ll pay for the new bumper and license plate. Second time it was there I specifically told him when can I get it into your shop, as I don’t want it sitting outside again (for obvious reasons) I brought it to him on the date of my booking. There it sat for 2 weeks before any work was done littered with dents and scratches. After tones of parts being missed and or broken, such as pipes not plugged in, broken coolant lines and an air leak I gave him one last chance to fix his mistakes. Keep in mind i’ve had to buy new parts and fit parts myself because it wouldn’t make it back. It was finally fixed to have the same symptoms 3,000km’s later. He also dropped something on my car forcing him to respray it without my knowledge (The car was ceramic coated est. $1500) He hasn’t taken any action to try and fix this nor has he admitted his fault. Please don’t go to Julian and Dianne. Julian has dropped the ball ever since he bought the building as he know thinks he can slack off. Unfortunate but life moves on I guess…

I found myself running out of options for getting my RWC & GAS certificates to register my campervan in QLD, it seems campervans and motorhomes are too much trouble for many inspection stations. I found the Suncoast Car Care website and gave them a call, no problem at all" was their attitude

Julian and his team are AMAZING!! They go above and beyond every time!!

Unfortunately for them and me, they did a bad install on my suspension upgrade and lift kit. They did a sloppy rushed job and literally forgot to tighten up the nuts on the U bolts on the rear leaf springs. When did I find this out? Just before the second cutting at Noosa north shore the following day!On top of that, the owner played dumb about the torque settings and lied to my face about them when he drove up to tighten them (still didn't torque them). They also didn't mention that the car needed to come back after 1000km for a re-torque so 2 months later my wife was driving with the baby in the ute and the rear strut literally fell off the bolt assembly on the base plate and was just hanging there...They only get a point for their response time to both those scenarios. But that should never have happened in the first place.It's such a shame, because they seemed like really nice people, but my family's life was literally in the balance on that first one. There was literally nothing left (after the nuts had rattled loose and we'd lost some) holding the rear leaf springs to the axle... I can only imagine what could've happened if I'd gone through that cutting before noticing it.

Shonky parts, charged at euro prices" (their words not mine) and then no recourse when the part (worth $1400) fails just outside the 12-month warranty. Horrible to deal with

Amazing service, they fitted me in for a short notice roadworthy. I would definitely use these guys again.
