Johnny's Furniture after sales assistance is non-existent, especially when a problem occurs!We purchased a new sofa approx. 14 months ago and had an issue arise over 8 weeks ago which we contacted Johnny’s Furniture.The salesman was not helpful in trying to rectify the issue and informed us to contact Product Insurance Care, we paid premium for the Product Insurance Care but this is more of a let down than the couch itself.They continuously tell us that we will have a technician contact us, after 7 weeks we are still waiting. I would avoid Johnny’s Furniture at all costs!

David made the whole process of buying a Sofa set really easy. Very helpful and gave us a discount on the delivery.After delivery, we found an issue with the Swivel Armchair, and upon lodging the complaint, we were provided a replacement within 2-3 days.Excellent place to buy your next set of Sofas and beds.The quality of sewing however is not top class. Lots of places where we had to cut off loose threads to make it look nice.Overall, I recommend this store and will buy from them again.

Incredibly impressed with David. This business thrives because of his knowledge and customer service. We sadly did have an issue with a couch. But within a week it was organised to be replaced and sorted. David ensured it was about customer satisfaction and we walked away extremely happy with what we’ve ended up with and wouldn’t hesitate to go back knowing we’d be taken care of. Thank you!

These guys are amazing excellent customer service , friendly staff , helpful in whatever you need . The REMOVALIST was even better unbelievable service I haven’t see a person like that at all . Was on time excellent service I will always recommend him to my family and friends. When he delivered the furniture he went over and beyond wow .. these days you will not find a person like that . I will go back to buy more furniture. A very happy customer well done guys keep up your fantastic work. Ask for Jimmy.

One star rating is still too muchDon’t waste your money or your timeI also purchased one of their “best seller” sofas within 12 months the sofas have deformed in shape, lost cushion are uncomfortable and the fabric has moved.I tried going through their Product Care which I paid for at an additional costNever again no one speaks to you basically zero care zero customer service.So I emailed store no one there has bothered to call me I’ve only received 2 emails 1 to ask for a photo and the other was to basically tell me your bad luck this is what the sofa does.If I knew this at time of purchase I would NEVER had made the choice to buy.Furniture that does not last more the 1 year what a waste of money.

What a wonderful store! Everything is laid out really well and it doesn't feel cluttered. The service at the South Morang store is beyond wonderful! Shane is so helpful, friendly and kind. He makes you feel very well looked after. I wish that all retail workers had a work ethic like his! All staff members are very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a stunning leather armchair and the quality is superb. I will be buying more from Johnny's furniture in the future and will recommend the South Morang store to my family and friends.
