Poor Service and not reliable company!! As soon they finish signing up their job finishes. you will be left alone fixing your problem,Peter the sales person signed our dear, not return our call?very disappointed from Peter. I don't recommend their service to anyone?

Very poor service. Just be aware that if anything goes wrong, these guys will not fix it. Everything is seemingly good until they receive paymentInstalled mid November 2018. Half the panels on top of garage, the other half on the back room of house. That's fine.The screws they used on the back room were too long and pierced and damaged the ceiling.A few days later, the inverter display/control panel starts acting up. They promised to send the electrician back, the electrician has NOT come to fix the inverter despite it being nearly 3 months and numerous promises.About a week after the installation it rained and I noticed some water on the floor inside the garage. I climb up onto the roof and see that the installer has drilled a hole in the wrong spot and left it. Worst part is that the hole was in the valley of the corrugated roofing so water leaked in.The installation paperwork also took almost a month to be sorted, so the grid connection and feed-in was also delayed.Except for the paperwork, nothing else has been resolved.You get what you pay for. But when you pay a few thousand dollars, you'd expect better quality and service.*Looks like these guys also trade under the name Alliance Solar. Lots of negative feedback.

I have bought a 4.5 kw system from bargain solar and dealt with Peter. From the first follow up call to installation , these guys are professional and I am very happy with their service ....no stone unturned.... well done ....highly recommend this company

Scammers!! Another Fake company operated by ALLIANCE SOLAR!Sold us a ridiculously high priced solar system, my father tried to go to the office of Alliance and it turns out to be operating under this name now.Just Stay away there are a thousand better companies in Solar Industry than these low par operators!!!!

Have the system installed for about 1 year. The eletricity retailer has issues with the documents but Peter is quick to react and resolved them on a timely manner. They can beat any competitors price. Quick installation with all certified installer.

Peter at Bargain Solar was great to deal with throughout the process of getting our system (5kW with Fronius inverter and BLD panels). He quickly responded by phone or email to all the questions I had but was never pushy.

DO NOT PAY DEPOSIT BEFORE YOU READ THIS...Signed a contract on 09/01/19 for a 6KW systems and paid $100 deposit to secure installation date. Due to personal reasons I wrote to them the next day informing my withdrawal from the agreement effective 10/01/19.I asked for a refund of my deposit in accordance with terms & conditions of contract.* contract clearly states that “customer has cooling-off period of 10 days in which the customer May cancel agreement”.It has been more than one month and 7 days & despite Emailing & phoning them countless times, they still they won’t refund my deposit. They don’t even have the courtesy to email or return my calls after saying each time they will call me back!!!!Reception staff won’t pass me to the management or someone who can sort this matter out. One month & 7 days still waiting to hear from accounting department as per reception staff statement!!!!Fadumo Abdirahman
