Jessica rented and managed a property we recently purchased in Reedy Creek. We added a degree of difficulty for her as we currently live in the USA so communication was not particularly easy. However it seemed she was always one step ahead of us and thought of potential issues before they arose. We felt that Jessica always had our back and went above and beyond our expectations.

What “service” the owners of the apartments are actually paying them for, I have no idea. For one and the same unit I had 3 agents in less than 9 months. They couldn’t be bothered to give me the mail key for the first month of tenancy; permitted an unauthorised entry into the unit by a third party; had to beg them numerous times to get the move-out checklist... getting anything (even the most basics things) done with them was like pulling teeth. They are generally quite incompetent, and rather rude.
