A1 qualityI’ve purchased Uggs from these guys over the last few years for myself and family, mainly classics short boots. Every set of boot has been amazing quality with wide range of colours. There is no dye transfer and the sheepskin holds up to wear, keeping its shearling without rubbing off. My first pair lasted 5+ years after daily use in the colder months with the odd hand wash (in wool wash).Made in Australia out of Melbourne. Highly recommend

Disappointing ServiceWe purchased a pair of size 3 Purple Ugg Boots for our daughter who was 2 years old at the time. As fellow small business owners, we were happy to be supporting a small family business and a product hand made in Australia. There is a bit of history here with the name UGG" and so it was important to us to buy from an Australian made supplier. Unfortunately with all hand made goods some times there are small tolerances. Upon receiving the boots our daughter tried them on but her foot would not go into the base of the left boot (she was 2 years old). Her heal was off to the side causing her to roll her ankle and as the heel was not on the sole of the shoe. Upon closer inspection we could see her heel was not 'slipping' into the base of the left boot. I am a very practical kind of guy and thought
