I have been using this groomer for 12 months. She has great skills and caring attitude. My dog is 16yo, blind and deaf. It has been a good experience for both of us every time.

customers dog not under effective control in store (ran away off lead in store)i was shopping with a toddler who is unsure around strange dogs..i will not be rushing to attend the store again.. overall bad experience when your child tells you he is scared of the dog and wants to go right now"we went to petstock and had a much better experience... he even asked to go back again."

We have been attending Dog Training classes with Ebony.Very happy with the content, and Ebony's caring interest in our dog Zelda.I would recommend this course.

Our pup Murphy graduated from the beginner class tonight. Ebony has been absolutely fantastic over the past 5 weeks - she is so knowledgeable, understanding & caring. We’ve seen a huge change in Murphy’s behaviour and training due to the help from Ebony. We’re so happy we did this course and can’t recommend her enough!

Customer service needs improving as most times you have to wait forever at the checkout. Need more staff at the checkouts instead of just 1 when there's a line up of people. I saw other staff just stacking shelves taking no notice of the line up of customers. I'll be going to Petstock for quicker service

Bought an online order for click and collect. The order was ready in an hour and an email was sent confirming the order was ready. The staff member at the checkout was very helpful and gave awesome advice.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. But I nearly died when I saw the price of the Black Hawk dry cat food. I usually order online from a different store, but I didn't have time to order it.I used to shop here frequently a few years back, and I always thought they were pretty competitive with their prices. But obviously not any more.I can get the same product online including delivery for $15.10 cheaper. I definitely will not be going back there to buy the cat food I'm the future.
